So a bit about racing now. I have been racing for a few years now and really it is just spiralling out of control… Alas, I’m just gonna roll with it. I raced for a while in the Buckmore park summer and winter series of races, and I am not plugging them or anything but if anyone who is thinking about racing and lives in the south east get yourself down there, they are Mega Organised, Mega safe, Mega grids and the racing is well just Mega, Great place to start before buying your own kart. But inevitably I wanted something faster that would handle a bit better and generally a bit more mental. This is where I met an absolute Legend Dannie Pennel he ran Dadson motorsport, the dadson masters championship and the dadson minimax championship, I owe Dannie alot, he helped me get a decent kart helped me get organised and go testing and most of all got me racing. Last Year Dannie passed away and I never was able to re-pay him with any sort of decent result for all the help, advice and mostly his patience that he gave me. While we are on this subject though I would like to thank Dannie’s wife Jan again for her help, advice and patience, to everybody at Dartford karting for all the support (and tasty gossip), and also my old team mates Ryan, Colin, Gaz, Orene, Dave and Sue and Tracy and Mel (Mel by the way is one of my driving Heroes) a massive shout to everyone who has helped me and met me along the way… Aw the best to you all.

The next chapter is begining now, and the Advice I have had up until this point has been invaluable, I did my ARDS at Knockhill, Sandy forrest was my instructor and I couldn’t have asked for anyone more supportive Cheers Sandy! Thanks to Micheal Lindsay at ARCA who put me in touch with Clive and Christine at Avon Racing they have been really great and I am so thankful for their help in getting me started and getting me a great wee car. Like I said before this is my next chapter I’m glad I have Clive and Christine guiding me, some new team mates and hopefully you all will be there along the way. Thank you for reading my story so far.
